Zapier has been remote since its inception in 2011 during its YC days. The company now has over 300 employees, thriving strong under the 100% remote structure. In the next few episodes, Zapier’s CEO Wade Foster will share what he knows about how to run an all-remote company effectively. 

Wade Foster is the cofounder of Y-Combinator startup Zapier. Zapier lets users create integrations that allows communications between hundreds of best-in-breed web applications without having to write any code or wrangle APIs.
